The short version
This website asks before it tracks you. A small banner offers you the choice, and Google Analytics runs only if you accept it — if you reject it, or simply close the banner without choosing, nothing is measured. There are no accounts to create and nothing to log in to.
The only other information we hold about you is what you choose to send us — through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, a phone call or an email — and we use it to answer you and to plan your event. Nothing more.

What the enquiry form does
The enquiry form on our contact page asks for the details we need in order to give you a useful answer. It does not send them to a server of ours.
When you finish the form, your answers are gathered into a message and your own WhatsApp or email application opens with that message ready. Nothing is transmitted until you press send there, and if you close the window instead, nothing reaches us at all.
- Your name, phone number and email address
- How you would prefer us to reply
- The type of event, and the date, location and guest numbers if you know them
- Which of our teams you are interested in, and a budget range if you choose to give one
- Anything else you write in the message box
How we use what you send
We use your details to reply to you, to understand the event you are planning, and — if you go ahead — to run it. Where an event reaches us through a décor company, planner or organiser, we may need to discuss your requirements with them in order to deliver it.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and which device or browser they used. It does not tell us who you are.
It only runs with your permission. When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics loads and sets its own cookies to recognise repeat visits during a session; if you reject, or you leave the banner without choosing, it never loads at all and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of any page.
The one thing this site stores regardless of your choice is the choice itself, in a `localStorage` entry named `indraa-cookie-consent`. It holds only the word "accepted" or "rejected", nothing that identifies you, and it is not shared with anyone.
We run no advertising scripts and no other tracking or analytics service beyond Google Analytics.
The services this site relies on
Two third parties are involved simply in serving you this page, and both receive technical information as a normal part of how the internet works.
- Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics runs and Google receives the usage data described above — see "Cookies, analytics and tracking"
- The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs of requests
- If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried by WhatsApp and their own privacy terms apply to it
Photographs
The photographs on this site are either our own documentation of our crew at work, or licensed stock imagery used to illustrate a point.
We do not publish photographs of clients, families or guests without permission. If you believe an image on this site shows you and you would rather it did not, tell us and we will take it down while we look into it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we hold only what you have sent us through a conversation, this is usually a short exchange rather than a formal process.
