How We Work
A Process You Can Watch Happen.
From the size of the crew you ask for to the show flow on the night, this is how a wedding runs when we are on the ground.

You tell us the crew size
We represent your brand on the ground. All you have to do is let us know how big a crew you need, and we scale each of the eight roles to match.

The team reaches the venue
Our team arrives at the venue in the morning on the agreed date and coordinates with the hotel team for a smooth event flow.
- 03
We learn the property
The team tours the hotel to become familiar with it, and collects and packs gift hampers where these are required.
- 04
We open the assistance desk
We usually begin with the assistance desk — the fixed point guests can come to for the length of the wedding.
- 05
We hold the show flow
From there we work through maintaining the show flow across the entire wedding, handling the entries and the sangeet flow.

We deliver the finest result we can
Every department coordinates through the overall manager, who stays in contact with you throughout. For every project, our team strives to produce the finest results possible.
