Event planning was not just a hobby. It was my calling.

I found my way into events in 2016. It was never really about the logistics for me. It was about weaving a story into a day, shaping how it unfolds, and watching a room react to something built for them. It did not take long before I stopped calling it a hobby.

Indraa Events grew out of that. The mission has been the same since the first event we ran under this name: turn an ordinary occasion into a memory people keep. Life’s milestones deserve to be marked with flair, creativity and a touch of magic.

Whether it is a grand wedding, a corporate gala or an intimate soirée, we put a whole team behind the detail — so the vision you arrived with is the one your guests actually experience.

We start by listening. Understanding what a client is actually picturing — their taste, their priorities, the things they will not compromise on — is what lets us build something that feels like theirs rather than ours.

That holds whether it is a corporate conference or a garden wedding. We work closely enough with our clients that their idea and our experience meet somewhere better than either would have reached alone.

Founded on one idea: the details a guest never notices are what make a day unforgettable. That idea became the standard we still hold to.
Early
Learning on the Ground
Every event taught us something the last one hadn't. What we learned went straight back into how the next one was run.
Growth
Building the Method
Referrals carried the work into bigger, more complex events. Briefing and running a crew stopped being improvised and became a method.
Beyond
Widening the Work
What we took on grew past weddings into corporate galas, themed events and destination celebrations. Each one added to the method rather than starting over.
